  1. Product Description:

The description has been given on each container page. it is worth nothing before buying the customer should take time to follow the specifications and attributes of the given container.  If any information or specific details are not clear, the customer should endeavor to get in touch with our customer service team to be clear before proceeding to place their orders. This will help us achieve a smooth sales and purchase process starting from the time the customer confirms their order payment and the containers and being processed for shipment.

  1. Pricing and Payment:

The prices have been allocated to all containers on our site including taxes as well as all possible additional fees or charges. We use secure payment methods which help the customers confirm their payment immediately after they place their orders. Orders that are confirmed in our system orders that our finance team has received payments for and orders without payment confirmation will be canceled without notice.  To keep an order on hold and await payment, the customer needs to contact us immediately and express the reasons for their delay in payment so we can be able to keep the order on hold and await payment for the order to be processed for shipment and delivery.

  1. Order Confirmation and Cancellation:

We have put up an easy process on how to buy from us. once a customer goes through the shop page and chooses the container they are looking for.  The customer has the simple purchase procedure by adding to the cart, proceeding to checkout, and filling in their information as requested by for form on the checkout page. Once this is done, the customer can proceed to payment using any of our secure payment methods. Once your order goes through, we will send you a confirmation email for your order. This is followed by emails to confirm your address as well as shipment and delivery schedule to the customer’s location.

We can only confirm and proceed to process orders that have been paid for, orders without payment will be automatically canceled in our system. After confirming your order with us and deciding to cancel the order, the customer must give us time to process the order cancellation and refund. This will be done with the help of our customer service team and it is important to note that order cancellation and refunds are not a same-day process. it usually requires time to do a refund and the funds must be processed by banks which takes time.

  1. Shipping and Delivery:

Upon confirmation of an order, our team will contact the customer to give them the shipment schedule. The shipment schedule includes estimated time of departure(ETD), transit time as well as estimated time of arrival(ETA) at the destination.  It is important to understand that shipment schedules and time frame varies from place to place as well as country to country.   1. Inspection and Acceptance:

It is important to inspect with images upon arrival. We advise all our customers to submit to us videos of containers delivered in damaged or unacceptable conditions. This will assist our team in seeing clearly the damage and proceeding immediately to the guarantee/warranty page which covers the customers in such situations.

  1. Warranty and Returns:

Once our containers are delivered in a condition other than the per-defined specification during purchase, that is damaged in the course of delivery, we will immediately process a return of the container. And once a return is done, with mutual agreement with the customer, we can do an exchange or get a refund to the customer. Refunds caused by such damage are 100% without any deduction. if a customer orders a container and decides to change, the customer will take charge or return the cost to our nearest center for a change to be processed and any excess or less on the prices will be mutually negotiated by our sales team to balance the finances. This is in situations where the initially purchased container has a different price than the intended. We are flexible in our rules and regulations when it comes to purchase, delivery, returns, and exchange. All our customers are covered by our Guarantee/Warranty as per our expected sales and purchase procedures.

  1. Liability and Indemnification:

All damaged containers before delivery to customers are either replaced or given a total refund and the customer returns the damaged container to us at our cost. Any damage after delivery can only be assisted by our after-sales service department without any return or refunds.
